Ruef's double-double lands her Player of the Week award - Australia - 1 day ago
26-year old forward Mikaela Ruef (190-F-90) had a great game in the last round for Canberra and receives a Player of the Week award for round 9. She had a double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds, while her team crushed Melbourne (#7, 3-9) with 24-point margin 83-59. Canberra maintains the 4th position in Australian WNBL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Canberra will need more victories to improve their 7-4 record.
