Lakeside Lightning-Willetton Tigers 96:107
Willetton Tigers triumph in SBL as the team won the Final game last
night. WA Basketball Centre saw 107:96 win over Lakeside Lightning in
the last game. Both teams finished the Regular Season with 21-5 records
on top and both reached the Final rightfully.
Lakeside Lightning started with 30-29 in the opening quarter and looked
better in the first half. The squad added 28-21 in the second period and
dominated the court. The second half however belonged to the Tigers.
They bounced back with 33-19 in the third frame to take the minimum lead
entering the final stanza. Another 24-19 in the last frame brought the
final win for the Tigers.
