Perth Wildcats (NBL) signed 23-year old American center Michael Dunigan (208-111kg-89, college: Oregon, agency: N.E.T.). He already started the season at Memphis Grizzlies in the NBA.
He won Estonian League championship title in 2011.
Dunigan was also voted Eurobasket.com All-Estonian League Center of the Year in 2011.
He is quite experienced player. Dunigan has played also professionally in Israel (Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem), Italy (Novipiu Casale), Ukraine (DniproAzot) and Estonia (Kalev/Cramo).
He attended University of Oregon until 2010 and it will be his third season as a professional player.

NBL Round 8: Leader Kings lose to Adelaide 36ers - 5 days ago

There were many interesting games last round. The round ended with defeat of the leader and favorites losing the games. Top ranked Kings (8-6) recorded its sixth loss in Sydney on Monday night. Hosts were defeated by eighth ranked Adelaide 36ers (5-6) 91-85. Kings were trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 25-18 charge of Adelaide 36ers, which allowed them to win the game. Club Trouville Montevideo (LUB) signed 28-year old American forward Gary Johnson (198-108kg-88, college: Texas). He played last summer at N W Tasmania in Australian SEABL-South. In 23 games he had very impressive stats: 22.1ppg, 8.4rpg and 1.9apg. In 2011 Johnson was drafted by Tulsa 66ers (D-League) in first round (16th overall). American Forward Torrey Craig (198-F-90) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Bullets, receiving a Australiabasket.com Player of the Week award for round 7. The 26-year old player had a double-double of 34 points and 11 rebounds, while his team crushed 36ers (#8, 3-6) with 18-point margin 105-87. Bullets is placed at 2nd position in Australian NBL.
