Abby Bishop
Abby Bishop (189-C-88) will continue her career in France next season. She has agreed on terms of contract extension with Perpignan. The Aussie centre joined the French team at the start of the season. She posts 12.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game in LFB. Last season Abby Bishop played for the Adelaide Lightning. Her stats read 16.5 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists per game in the WNBL. She made it into All-Australian WNBL 2nd Team. Abby Bishop has been the member of the Australian National Team since 2008. She played for the Opals at the London Olympic Games last year. Her stats read 3.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.0 assist per appearance at the tournament.

Dandenong Rangers (WNBL) strengthened their roster with addition of 24-year old American forward Ally Malott (193-92, college: Dayton, agency: Interperformances).The last season Malott played at Botas (KBSL) in Turkish league. New York Liberty landed 24-year old Australian international guard Rebecca Allen (185-92, agency: LBM Management). It is actually her comeback to New York Liberty as she played here before. Allen played most recently at South East Queensland in Australian WNBL. In 20 games she averaged 11.5ppg, 5.6rpg, 1.1apg and 1.8spg (in top 4) last season. Storm forward Abby Bishop (6'3''-C-88, agency: LBM Management) left the team after its loss in Dallas on Thursday. She flew to her native Australia to join her national team's training camp in hopes of remaining in contention for a spot on the Rio Olympic Games roster.
