The Atlanta Dream signed forward Rachel Jarry (6'1''-SF-91) to a training camp contract. A member of the Australian national team, Jarry was originally drafted by the Dream in the second round of the 2011 WNBA Draft. She was traded to the Minnesota Lynx in a draft day deal. She played one season for the Lynx, averaging 1.7 points in 6.8 minutes of play in 2013. The two-time Olympian represented Australia in the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games.

There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in WNBL. The most exciting game of round 11 in the WNBL took place in Melbourne. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of second-ranked Boomers (11-7) to first ranked Perth Lynx (14-4) 92-89 on Sunday evening. KFUM Ostersund Basket (BasketEttan) added to their roster 24-year old American guard Ta'Rea Cunnigan (175-93, college: San Jose State). She played last summer at Knox Raiders in Australian Big V. In 22 games she recorded very impressive stats: 15.3ppg, 4.5rpg, 1.9apg and 1.9spg. Cunnigan helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league.
