Chauncey Orr joins Dandenong Rangers - Mar 21, 2017

Chauncey Orr
Dandenong Rangers (SEABL) agreed terms with 24-year old American swingman Chauncey Orr (193-94kg-93). He just graduated from Hawaii-Pacific (NCAA2). In 25 games he had very impressive stats: 19.0ppg, 7.0rpg, 3.1apg and 1.7spg this season. Orr helped them to win the regular season. Quite impressive year as he was named All-PacWest All-Tournament MVP, named to All-PacWest 1st Team and named to PacWest All-Tournament Team. The last season he played also at Sea Warriors in U.S. NCAA2 league where in 26 games he recorded 14.0ppg, 5.4rpg, 2.7apg and 1.0spg. It was another spectacular season as he was named to All-PacWest 3rd Team.
As mentioned above Orr is just out of the college and it will be his first full season as a pro.

Sydney Kings (NBL) signed 23-year old Australian ex-international forward Dane Pineau (206-102kg-94). He just graduated from Saint Mary's College of California (NCAA). Pineau has played there for the last four years. In 33 games he had 6.6ppg, 6.1rpg and 1.1bpg this season. As mentioned above he is just out of the college and it is his first season as a pro. Sabres ink Jerry Evans, ex Lavrio - 5 days ago
Sandringham Sabres (SEABL) signed 27-year old American forward Jerry Evans (203-95kg-90, college: Nevada). He played most recently at GS Lavrio in Greek A1 league, but left the team in Dec.'15. In 9 games he had 5.9ppg and 2.8rpg last season. Evans won NBA Pro Summer League in Utah championship title and the Supercup. He was voted Eurobasket.com All-Cyprus League 3rd Team in 2015.
