This week's number one is an international center Marianna Tolo (196-89, agency: ProDep Management). She could not help Abdullah Gul (0-1) in their last game. Despite Tolo's very good performance the third-placed Abdullah Gul (0-1) was edged 76-74 on the road by the leading Istanbul Uni in the group E of Eurocup.    [read more]

There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in WNBL. Boomers smashed Bendigo Spirit in Melbourne 90-63. The game was mostly controlled by Boomers. Bendigo Spirit managed to win fourth quarter 25-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game.
