Fixi Piramis Torino (Serie A1) inked 27-year old American swingman Jasmine Gill (185-90, college: JMU, agency: Two Points). She plays in the summer at Sandringham Sabres in Australian SEABL-South. In 7 games she recorded very impressive stats: 19.4ppg, 6.9rpg, 4.4apg and 2.1spg. The last season Gill played at Telge Basket in Swedish Damligan where in 31 games she was fourth best scorer with remarkable 18.0ppg and had 10.1rpg (#2 in the league), 2.0apg and 1.6spg. She helped them to make it to the semifinals. A very good season in her career as she was voted to Eurobasket.com Swedish Damligan All-Imports Team.
Gill is a very experienced player. She has quite traveled the world as her pro career brought her to six different countries on three different continents (Europe, Australia and of course North America). Gill has played previously professionally also in Finland (Peli Karhut), Greece (Niki Lefkadas), Montenegro (Primorje), Romania (ICIM Arad) and Serbia (Partizan).
She attended James Madison University until 2013 and it will be her fifth season in pro basketball.
Gill's game is described as: Jasmine Gill is a 185cm (6’1’’) US Forward/Guard with overseas experience in Montenegro, Serbia and Finland. Her weapon is the penetration and rebounding. She is a good shooter off the ball for 2 and 3 points and shows passion on defense. At High School she earned Two-time All-Metro 4A Conference (2007, 2008) and Two-time Greensboro News & Record All-Area (2007, 2008) Awards. She is an alumnus of James Madison University.
