No shocking result in a game in Hawthorn where fourth ranked Cougars (4-2) smashed 8th ranked Magic (1-4) 83-60 on Saturday. Cougars forced 19 Magic turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Amelia Todhunter (166-88) who scored 22 points and 9 rebounds. Morgan Ili chipped in 20 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Bella Niven-Brown who recorded 17 points and 7 rebounds and Sian Gillam added 8 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Magic's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Cougars maintains fourth place in League with 4-2 record.
