Everything went according to plan in Maitland where sixth ranked Mustangs (5-3) beat 8th ranked Bankstown Bruins (4-5) 79-70 on Sunday. Mustangs made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Bankstown Bruins turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Daniel Millburn who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 6 rebounds and forward Scott McGann (203, college: Salem) who added 14 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was center Nathaniel Musters (208-93, college: Lafayette) with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and Caleb Henwood scored 18 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field).
