Everything went according to plan in Willetton where second ranked Tigers (7-1) outscored 13th ranked Eagles (2-9) 90-64 on Saturday. Tigers looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Eagles' players. It was a great evening for international guard Hunter Clarke (196-1, college: Montana) who led his team to a victory scoring 14 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Damien Scott (192-92) helped adding 18 points. The best for the losing side was Jarrad Anastasio (199-97) with 18 points and 9 rebounds and Junior Tshikele scored 13 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Tigers maintains second place in League with 7-1 record behind leader Perry Lakes H. Loser Eagles keep the thirteenth position with nine games lost. Tigers will face Magic (#7) in Mandurah in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Eagles will play on the road against Buccaneers (#10) in Wonthella and hope to win that game.
