Regular Season Round 21: Perry Lakes H. - Willetton T. 105-88

Everything went according to plan when first ranked Hawks (14-4) defeated 3rd placed Tigers (10-5) in Floreat 105-88 on Friday. Hawks forced 21 Tigers turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Guard Mitchell Clarke (185-99) nailed 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and center Andrew Ferguson (213-98, college: CS Monterey) accounted for 12 points and 9 rebounds. International guard Hunter Clarke (196-1, college: Montana) came up with 22 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and guard Andrew Black (190-93) added 20 points respectively for Tigers in the defeat. Five Hawks and four Tigers players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Despite that victory Hawks went down to second position (League) due to points difference. Loser Tigers dropped to the fourth place with five games lost. Hawks will meet at home Eagles (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Tigers will play against Wanneroo (#8) in Joondalup and hope to secure a win.
