Forward Alicia Froling (190-96, college: SMU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Jasmine Simmons (180-99, college: Oregon St.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Guard Abigail Wehrung (177-95) answered with 25 points and 4 assists and forward Cassidy McLean (178-99) added 14 points and 4 steals in the effort for Lady Braves. Lady Braves' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Ballarat Rush moved-up to thirteenth place in League. Lady Braves at the other side keep the second position with three games lost. Ballarat Rush will play against higher ranked Geelong Supercats (#10) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
