No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Sutherland Sharks (4-2) beat 9th ranked Crusaders (3-4) in Terrigal 80-73 on Sunday. Sutherland Sharks forced 20 Crusaders turnovers. The winners were led by Geoffrey Gerlach who had that evening a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds and guard Lochlan Hutchison (188-1999, agency: BIG) supported him with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Sutherland Sharks players scored in double figures. Even 22 points and 5 rebounds by forward Callum Jenkins did not help to save the game for Crusaders. Forward James Trustum (192) added 11 points and 12 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sutherland Sharks moved-up to fifth place in League. Loser Crusaders keep the ninth position with four games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
