There was an upset when higher ranked Roar (1-2) lost to fifteenth ranked Ipswich Force (2-4) in Booval 74-83 on Sunday. Ipswich Force forced 23 Roar turnovers. The winners were led by guard Isaac White (188-1998, college: CBU) who scored that evening 34 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 4 assists and American-DR Congolese forward Henry Pwono (198-1991, college: ECU) supported him with 20 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds by Mitchell Poulain did not help to save the game for Roar. American forward Spencer Parker (201-1993, college: BGSU, agency: Inception Sports) added 22 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. Five Roar players scored in double figures. Ipswich Force moved-up to eighth place in League. Loser Roar dropped to the thirteenth position with two games lost. Ipswich Force will meet Rollers (#9) in the next round.
