No shocking result in a game in Dromana where fourth ranked Jets (11-6) smashed 8th ranked Sharks (1-16) 81-55 on Saturday. Jets dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Sharks' 36. Jets forced 23 Sharks turnovers and outrebounded them 47-35 including 16 on the offensive glass. Danish forward Maria Jespersen (183-1994, college: S.Florida) had a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Nicole Cameron chipped in 9 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Eryn Rosowski with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds and Tanarly Hood scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Jets moved-up to third place in League. Loser Sharks keep the eighth position with 16 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
