Regular Season Round 40: Sutherland S. - Inner WB 86-84

There was an upset when higher ranked Bulls (8-10) were edged on the road by tenth ranked Sutherland Sharks (8-9) 86-84 on Sunday. Sutherland Sharks dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Bulls' 38. The winners were led by Adrian Cabrera who scored that evening 28 points and 4 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) and Archer Woodhill supported him with 17 points and 6 rebounds. Even a double-double of 15 points and 16 rebounds by naturalized South Sudanese forward Chier Maker (203-1995, college: Idaho St.) did not help to save the game for Bulls. Alex Higgins-Titsha added 16 points and 7 assists for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Sutherland Sharks moved-up to sixth place in League. Loser Bulls dropped to the seventh position with ten games lost. Sutherland Sharks will meet higher ranked Mustangs (#3) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Bulls will play against the league's second-placed Hunters (#2) and hope to secure a win.
