No shocking result in a game when first ranked Mackay Meteors (14-4) defeated on the road 5th ranked Salties (10-7) 98-87 on Saturday. Mackay Meteors made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. The former international forward Jaylin Galloway (198-2002) stepped up and scored 27 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and naturalized American forward Kyrin Galloway (203-1999, college: UNCG) chipped in 19 points and 11 rebounds. Four Mackay Meteors players scored in double figures.
