It was an exceptional evening for forward Trinity Baptiste (183-1998, college: Arizona) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds. Swingman Erin Whalen (185, college: Dayton) accounted for 22 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Center Shelby Cheslek (196-1992, college: Gonzaga) came up with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and power forward Laina Snyder (185-1995, college: Ashland) added 13 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Hoiho in the defeat. Pouakai moved-up to third place. Hoiho lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with ten games lost. Pouakai will meet league's leader Kahu in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Hoiho will play against Whai (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
