So the Marshall Islands will remain winless in the South Pacific Mini-Games men basketball tournament in Palau. They lost their last game for the 7th place 69-89 to Micronesia. This is their fifth loss in five games. Despite their winless record, the marshalleses should have learn a lot during this tournament.

Men: Marshall Islands - Micronesia: 69-89
Micronesia started with a 23-12 effort in the first quarter and the RMI was never able to come back. Micronesia played a great game after a disapointing pool phase (0-3). For the Marshall Islands, Wayne Anjain (F) recorded 13pts 5/17FG 11rbs 4ast 2st and 2bs in 32min, Mark Stege (C) added 11pts 4/10FG 8rbs in 24min while Bolear Bokna added 9pts 3/7FG and 4rbs in 18min.

We'll post a complete recap of the Marshall Islands team games during this tournament, including all the players stats, in the coming days.
