Jordan
Ngatai
New Zealand Breakers (NBL) inked 23-year old New Zealander international forward Jordan Ngatai (195-98kg-93, college: BYU-Hawaii). It is actually his comeback to New Zealand Breakers as he has played here before. Ngatai played in the summer at Augusta Taranaki Mountain Airs in New Zealand NBL league. In 18 games he averaged impressive 15.9ppg, 5.0rpg and 2.1apg. A very good season in his career as he was selected to Australiabasket.com All-New Zealand NBL Honorable Mention. The last season Ngatai played at New Zealand Breakers where in only one NBL game he had just 2 points and 1 assist.
Ngatai won New Zealand NBL championship title in 2014.
He also represented New Zealand at the Albert Schweitzer International Tournament in Mannheim (Unofficial World Championships U18) six years ago.
Ngatai has played also professionally for other New Zealand teams like New Zealand for Jets Saints.
He attended BYU-Hawaii until 2014 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.
