Miller
Levanga Hokkaido Sapporo (B League) added to their roster 25-year old American center Daniel Miller (211-117kg-91, college: Georgia Tech). He played this summer at Augusta Taranaki Mountain Airs in New Zealand NBL league. In 18 games he recorded 13.9ppg, 10.6rpg (#2 in the league), 2.4apg, 1.1spg and 1.9bpg. A very spectacular season in his career as he was selected Australiabasket.com All-New Zealand NBL Defensive Player of the Year and voted to Honorable Mention. The last season Miller played at Akhisar Bld in TBL where in 13 games he averaged 10.9ppg, 7.1rpg, 1.1apg and 1.6bpg.
Miller has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2014.
He played in the final of ACC Tournament in 2010.
Miller has played also professionally in Spain (Blusens Monbus).
He attended Georgia Tech until 2014 and it will be his third season as a professional player.
The scouts decsribe him following way: Strong, well-built pivotman with soft hands and good footwork ... Can block shots on both his man and as a help defender ... Comfortable shooting out to 10-12 feet ... Good offensive rebounder who scores a lot of his points in putbacks.

KURAN IVERSON 22-year old forward Kuran Iverson (206-F-95) had a great game in the last round for Manawatu J. and receives a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 4. He had the game-high 38 points adding eight rebounds and two assists for Manawatu J. as his team was edged out by Nelson G. (#3, 4-2) 87-85. The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with change at the leadership position and favorites losing the games.
