Jeremy
Kendle
South West Metro Pirates (QBL) signed 29-year old American guard Jeremy Kendle (186-88, college: Bellarmine). He played this summer at Canterbury in New Zealand NBL league. In 19 games he had very impressive stats: 20.6ppg, 5.3rpg, 5.4apg and 1.2spg. Kendle helped them to make it to the semifinals. Quite impressive season as he was voted Australiabasket.com All-New Zealand NBL Import Player of the Year, named to 1st Team and named to All-Imports Team. The last season he played at Bullets (also in NBL) where in 7 games he recorded 11.0ppg, 2.9rpg and 2.4apg. A very spectacular season in his career as he was voted Australiabasket.com All-New Zealand NBL Import Player of the Year, named to 1st Team and named to All-Imports Team.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Kendle was voted Australiabasket.com All-Australian QBL Player of the Year in 2015.
He has played on four different continents (Europe, Australia, Africa and of course North America). Kendle has played previously professionally in Morocco (Wydad Athletic Club Casablanca), Switzerland (Massagno) and Australia (Toowoomba Mountaineers and Bendigo Braves).
He attended Bellarmine University until 2013 and it will be his fifth season as a professional player.
