Valencia signs Renee Bennett, ex Tauranga CC - Aug 13, 2017

Valencia BC (LF2) signed 23-year old American center Renee Bennett (196-94, college: Ball State). She played this summer at Tauranga City Coasters in New Zealand WBC league.
Bennett's team was regular season runner-up in MAC West Division for two years in a row (2016 and 2017). She was voted All-MAC 1st Team in 2017 at her college time.
The previous (15-16) season Bennett played at another team Cardinals in U.S. semi-pro league NCAA1 where in 30 games she had 9.8ppg and 5.7rpg.
She just graduated from Ball State and it will be her first season as a pro.
