The Koror Elementary School Stars (KES) won the 2007 Elementary School Boys division over the SDA Kings 62-60 with a final basket with 4 seconds to go. The Kings were undefeated during the regular season but lost against the defending champions. source: Palau Basketball Federation
First timer SDA "Kings" despite no loss in the entire season faced their biggest challenger in the season championship game. Koror Elementary School are the defending champions of last years program. This year they lost in the regular round to the SDA Kings so they were ranked #2 in the playoffs, even in the championship game they were the underdogs and sure enough gave their best in defending their title from last year. The final score was 62-60 as Terry from KES A sank the last two points in the last 4 seconds of the game. However SDA Kings used their last timeout and designed a play for their team. KES A Stars Head coach designed a defense to protect their lead and the final seconds result favored KES A Stars as they succesfully defended the last shot. Trophies were designed from the Jailhouse 3on3 inmates, made of local cared wood designed imitating basketballs on wooden handles. The Main Sponsors of the programs were Honorable Senator Santy Asanuma and Mike Ongalibang of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program of the Ministry of Health who enjoyed the championship game and awarded the prices to the participants.

Teams Ministry of Finance (MOF) Omsangel and Ministry of Health (MOH) Band Aid secured separate victories against rivals, Friday night in the 2014 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League at the Palau National gym. MOF Omsangel scored another win this time at the expense of Koror State Government (KSG) Royals, 75-64. MOF Omsangel took an early 17-15 lead in the opening frame and then went on to spurt a 20-17 run in the second canto as they took a 37-32 advantage at the end of the first half. MOF Omsaengel then continued their run in the second half as they kept the KSG Royals at bay to secure another win and spreading the contribution to its line up with five of its players finishing in double figures. Sunshine Soalablai top the game with 18 points followed by Roydan Renguul who had 14 as Weston chipped in 13. Other players from MOF who had double digits were Jeffrey Tkel (C) and Tutii Benjamin who had 12 and 11, respectively. On the other hand, Jarvin Kintaro topscored for KSG Royals with 15 as BJ Adelbai and Ivan Blesam had 12 and 10, in that order on a losing cause. Meanwhile, MOH Band Aid nailed their second win at the expense of MOE Spiders, 81-77 in a come from behind fashion. Kevin Beketaut led the scoring chores for MOH Band Aid with 25 while Teruo Melus chipped in 20 as Dean Terry had 24 for the Spiders on the losing end. In other games, Presidents X-Men won over PPUC Electric Eel, 88-80; PPR Stingrays beat PRR Dragons, 101-97; Presidents X-Men bested team Malii, 66-46; and MOF Omsangel defeated MOH Band Aid, 80-66. Peched Raw trailed in the opening quarter via 18-20 but managed to fend off the Ngermid Rivals offense in the second as they spurted a 22-14 run to gain the lead and close the first half of play with a 40-34 lead. But the Rivals would not easily give up without a fight as they managed to tie the game at 61-all with their 27-21 run in the third canto. On the other hand, Peched Raw would showcase their experience as they sizzled for a 32-26 output in the fourth that would seal their fate, win the game and score a back-to-back title. Dennis Castro led the scoring chores for Peched Raw with 31 points as teammate Douglas Schmidt Jr. chipped in 21. King Ngiraboi and Marvic Ngchar topscored for Ngermid Rivals with identical 24 markers, respectively. In the individual awards, Marvic Ngchar was named as Season MVP while Traxx Mark Remeliik was adjudged as Finals MVP with Hiros of Ngermid Rivals as best coach.
