Samoans Abroad   This is a list of Samoans that are playing basketball abroad.  The majority of the players were born outside of Samoa, however the majority of them have both parents born in Samoa or have Samoan citizenship.  If they are able to get Tongan citizenship these players become Cotonou players therefore making them eligible to play in several European players as locals.  A large portion of the men’s players is ineligible to represent Samoa like Robert Tuilave (201-F-76), Stacey Lambert (190-G-76), Mason LePou, Leon Henry (198-F-85), Zarryon Fereti (194-G-84) and others however the majority of them could be eligible to play for the Samoan NT and inclusion of the majority of those players can increase the depth and quality of one of the strongest teams in the South Pacific  In the women’s the majority of them have Samoan citizenship or are born in Samoa and their inclusion to the National team will add more depth in all positions especially the inclusion of Alofa Toiavao, among the top block shots in NCAA Div 1
