Jazmine Davis joins Widzew

CosinusMED Widzew Lodz (EBLK) agreed terms with 26-year old American (has also Samoan international passport) guard Jazmine Davis (170-93, college: Washington). Davis has played for the last two seasons at Enea AZS Poznan. In 21 EBLK games in Poland she had very impressive stats: 16.0ppg, 3.6rpg, 4.8apg and 1.2spg last season.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others her team won Swiss League Cup for two years in a row (2016 and 2017). Davis was also voted Eurobasket.com All-Swiss LNA Honorable Mention back in 2017.
She is a dual citizen owning also American Samoan passport.
She represented American Samoa at the Pacific Games in Apia (Samoa) last year. Davis' team won Gold and her stats at that event were 4 games: 12.8ppg, 3.8rpg, Assists-3 (3.5apg), FGP: 46.7%, 3PT: 29.4%, FT: 57.1%.
Davis has played also professionally in Switzerland (Fribourg).
She attended University of Washington until 2015 and it will be her fifth season as a professional player.
