FIBA Oceania Youth Tournament preview

The girls from American Samoa will be able to showcase their talent in the upcoming FIBA Oceania Youth Tournament for Women in Auckland, New Zealand. The team will be made of the best high-school players of the island but that might not be enough to compete for a medal.

Preview:
Just like the men team, the AmSam girls would be made of the best players of the high-school league. Thanks to this league, the coaches were able to scout and choose the best youngsters available. But just like the men again, the Girls might lack experience on the Oceania stage. American Samoa seems unable to beat Australia, New Zealand and maybe also Fiji. The team should end somewhere between the 4th and the 8th spot in the Final Standings.
