Robert Rose, 36-year old American swingman from the runner-up team finalist team Townsville Crocodiles, was selected as the Player of the Year at the National Basketball League. He graduated from the George Mason years ago. Rose received multiple other awards, was honored as the Domestic Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year, Guard of the Year, Forward of the Year, and was named to the First Team and Domestic Players Team. Darnell Mee, American guard from the Leverkusen, earned the Defensive Player of the Year of National Basketball League. He Is the Western Kentucky alumni from 1993. Mee collected multiple other honors, earned a spot in the First Team and Defensive Team. Mark Bradtke, center from the Melbourne United, picked up the Center of the Year at the National Basketball League. He was also voted to the First Team. Ricky Grace, 35-year old American point guard from the Perth Wildcats, was selected to the First Team of National Basketball League. He Is ex Oklahoma from 1988. Grace was also chosen to the Domestic Players Team. Jason Smith, 27-year old guard from the Victoria Liberty Giants, was named to the First Team at the National Basketball League. He also earned a spot in the Defensive Team. Smith was previously voted to the Second Team back in 2006 and named to Honorable Mention back in 2008.
