Victoria Navy def Queensland (95-77)

The top two teams in the tournament locked horns in a highly anticipated final. Victoria was ferocious in the opening quarter and stamped their authority early on by jumping out to an eight-point lead at quarter time. Queensland wrestled back control with a big second quarter led by a strong first half showing from tournament back-to-back tournament MVP Roman Siulepa (201-F/G-2006) to take the lead into the half, 41-44. The third quarter continued to be a tussle, with multiple lead changes before a Kynan Mcmahon three-pointer gave Queensland a one-point lead into three quarter time. However, Ryder Cheesman (193-PG-2007) and Austin Foxwell silenced Queensland to run away with the game and win convincingly by 18 points to leave Ballarat with the Jack Terrill Trophy.
