Rockingham Flames (SBL) tabbed 26-year old American power forward Josh Ritchart (206-107kg-92, college: Cal-Davis). He played most recently at Malbas in Swedish Superettan. In 11 games he averaged 12.5ppg and 5.7rpg last season. Ritchart also played that season for ASA Koroivos Amaliadas in Greek A1 where in 5 games he had 7.8ppg and 4.4rpg.
Among other achievements his team won Big West Regular Season in 2015. Ritchart received also All-Big West 2nd Team award back in 2015 at his college time.
Ritchart has played also professionally in Japan (Bambitious Nara).
He attended University of California - Davis until 2015 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.

The Lakeside Lightning have acquired the services of stalwart SBL guard Kyle Armour(183-G-89, college: Augusta) for the 2019 season, reuniting with him for the first time since 2011.
