CEDRIC JACKSON

Illawarra Hawks (NBL) landed 32-year old American guard Cedric Jackson (191-95kg-86, college: Cleveland State). He played in the summer at Yakima Sun Kings (NABP) in the U.S. In 13 games he averaged 11.8ppg, 3.8rpg and 5.2apg.
Jackson has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2013. He won NAPB championship title.
Among other achievements Jackson received Australiabasket.com All-Australian NBL Honorable Mention award in 2016.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball Jackson experienced life in six different countries playing on four different continents. He is familiar with European, Latin American, Australian and of course North American leagues. Jackson has played previously professionally in Italy (New Basket Brindisi), Puerto Rico (Atleticos and Mets), Slovenia (Olimpija), NBA (Washington Wizards and San Antonio Spurs), NBA G League (Salt Lake City Stars) and Australia (United and New Zealand Breakers).
He attended Cleveland State until 2009 and it will be his tenth season in pro basketball.
Jackson is described as: A tough guard, with team mentality and good passing skills. Also, he's a good defender, with great anticipation on the ball.
