MANGOK MATHIANG
We bring you last week's top performances from Australians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

Mangok Mathiang
Mangok Mathiang
#1. This week's number one is an international power forward Mangok Mathiang (208-92, college: Louisville, currently plays in Italy). He led Vanoli Cremona to a victory over the closely-ranked Umana Venezia (20-10) 80-65 in the Italian Serie A in Sunday night's game. Mathiang was MVP of the game. He scored 21 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 27 minutes on the court; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Mathiang's second season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Vanoli Basket Cremona (20-10) is placed second in the Serie A. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Mathiang has relatively good stats this year: 10.9ppg, 9.7rpg, 2FGP: 61.6%(138-224) and FT: 51.0% in 30 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Australian and South Sudanese.
