41 points scored by 36 year old guard Brendan Teys (188-G-1990) gave him the award of second highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team the South West Metro Pirates beat the Northside Wizards 101 to 93. On top of that he also recorded 5 assists that evening.
He has spent his entire career in Australia playing for five other teams: Adelaide 36ers, Forestville Eagles, Gold Coast Blaze, Spartans and Crocodiles.
He won the Australian Premier League championship title in 2019.
