American guard Sydney Erikstrup (185-G, college: GCU) was the top scorer of the day in the world with the 30 points she had in the Australian NBL1 South. Erikstrup just graduated from Grand Canyon State University. Her excellent performance made his team the Rockingham Flames beat the Lakeside Lightning 88 to 68. She also grabbed 5 rebounds, got 2 assists and 2 steals that game. 30 points is her new career-high. Her team won the WAC Tournament earlier this year.
