American Forward Sania Feagin (190-F-2003) had a great game in the last round for Adelaide Lightning, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 22-year old player was the main contributor (18 points, nine rebounds and three assists) to her team's victory, helping them to crush Sydney (#6, 2-4) with 17-point margin 88-71. Adelaide Lightning is placed at 4th position in Australian WNBL. Adelaide is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 2-2 record. Feagin turned to be Adelaide Lightning's top player in her first season with the team. Former University of South Carolina star has very solid stats this year. Feagin is in league's top in points (8th best: 15.5ppg), rebounds (7th best: 8.0rpg) and averages impressive 1.3bpg and 65.9% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young international center Cayla George (193-C-1989) of Southside Flyers Dandenong. George had a very good evening with a double-double of 17 points and 14 rebounds. Bad luck as Southside Flyers was edged by the higher-ranked Perth (#2, 4-1) 79-76. This loss caused Southside to drop to 5th position in the standings. Her team lost some distance to top teams. But a 2-2 record is not bad and everything may still change. George is a newcomer at Southside, but is already one of team's top players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 16.5ppg (#5). Her other stats are also decent: 11.0rpg and 4.0apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Adelaide's star - American forward Serena Sundell (185-PF-2003). Sundell scored 20 points. She was another key player of Adelaide Lightning, helping her team with a 88-71 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Sydney (#6, 2-4). Adelaide Lightning needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 2 lost games. Sundell has a very solid season. In 4 games in Australia she scored 13.0ppg.

The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
