Australia - New Zealand 112-59

Australia produced a dominant display at the FIBA Women’s U17 Oceania Cup, defeating New Zealand 112–59 after controlling the game from the opening tip and extending their advantage in every quarter. A strong first half set the tone before a decisive 36–15 third quarter put the contest beyond reach. Aspen Crase (183-F-2008) was outstanding, scoring 16 points on 8-of-10 shooting in just under 12 minutes, while Taryn Bond (173-G-2008) and Madison Ryan (185-SF-2009) added 14 points apiece, both shooting above 60 percent from the field. For New Zealand, Keija Miringaorangi (175-G-2008) led the scoring with 12 points, with Sahara Katene (175-G-2008) contributing 10, as Australia’s depth and efficiency proved overwhelming.
