21-year old guard Isobel Borlase (180-G-2004) had a very impressive game in the last round for second-ranked Bendigo Spirit and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 15.
She had the game-high 42 points adding five rebounds and six assists for Bendigo in her team's victory, helping them to beat Southside (#4, 8-11) 98-88. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Bendigo Spirit maintains the 2nd position in Australian WNBL. They are still close to the very top. Bendigo would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 16-4 record. In the team's last game Borlase had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range and got six three-pointers out of 9 attempts. She turned to be Bendigo Spirit's top player in her first season with the team. Borlase has impressive league stats. She is league's best scorer averaging so far 24.0ppg. Borlase is in league's top in and averages solid 54.7% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Mackenzie Holmes (190-F-2001, agency: LBM Management) of Geelong United. She is American forward in her first season at Geelong U.. In the last game Holmes recorded an impressive 23 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Bad luck as United lost that game 78-85 to slightly higher-ranked Adelaide (#6, 6-15). This loss caused Geelong U. to slide to the very bottom (8) position in the standings. 15 lost games are too many comparing to just five victories United managed to get this year. Holmes is a newcomer at Geelong U. and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 22.0ppg (#2). She also registered 9.6 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Sania Feagin (190-F-2003) of Adelaide Lightning (#6). Feagin scored 28 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. She was a key player of Adelaide Lightning, leading her team to a 85-78 win against slightly lower-ranked Geelong U. (#8, 5-15). Adelaide can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 6-15 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Feagin has individually a great season in Australia. After 21 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 17.1ppg (5th best). She also has 1.1bpg and a FGP of 57.0%.
