It was a good game for forward Alicia Froling (190-1996, college: SMU) who led her team to a victory with 26 points and 9 rebounds. The former international swingman Courtney Woods (183-1997, college: NIU) contributed with 19 points and 4 assists for the winners. Four Townsville Fire players scored in double figures. International center Cayla George (193-1989) answered with 25 points and 6 rebounds and the former international point guard Maddison Rocci (168-1998) added 20 points and 8 assists in the effort for Southside Flyers.
