Lointek Gernika Bizkaia (LF Endesa) signed 25-year-old Australian international 188cm forward Isabelle Bourne (college: Nebraska). She began the season at Southside in Australian WNBL. In 26 games, she posted impressive stats: 16.0ppg, 5.4rpg, and 2.0apg.
She has also been a member of the Australian international program for some years. Bourne has regularly played for the Australian senior team since 2025 and previously for the Under 19 National Team in 2019.
She also represented Australia at the FIBA Asia Cup for Women in Bournenzhen (China) last year. Bourne's team won Gold and she averaged almost 7 points per game.
She has also played professionally for other Australian teams such as Adelaide Lightning and Thunder.
Bourne's team reached the NBL1 South Semifinals in 2025. She was awarded the Australiabasket.com All-Australian NBL1 South Player of the Year in 2024.
She graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2023 and is currently in her third season in pro basketball.
