Australian Big V round 9 best performance: Nicola Cross (by Hoops Agents)

Nicola Cross had a great game in the last round for Bulleen Boomers, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
The player was the main contributor (2 points) to her team's victory, helping them to outclass Bellarine (#4, 7-3) with 29-point margin 96-67. Boomers is placed at 7th position in Australian Big V. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 7 games and recorded just three victories. Cross just recently signed at Boomers, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Nicola Cross averages this season 3.7ppg.

The second best player in last round's games was Chantelle Hall of Bellarine Storm. Hall had a very good evening with 8 points, 4 rebounds and 13 assists. Bad luck as Storm lost that game 67-96 to the lower-ranked Bulleen B. (#7, 3-7). Bellarine managed to keep the same 4th spot in the standings. Her team's 7-3 record is not bad at all. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 7 victories and 3 lost games. Taylor has a very solid season. In 10 games in Australia she scored 2.8ppg.
