There was an upset when much higher ranked Frankston Blues (5-2) were defeated on the road by nineteenth ranked Geelong Supercats (1-4) 79-73 on Saturday. Forward George Blagojevic (203-1997, college: Hartford) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and guard Gabe Hadley (193-1998) chipped in 21 points and 9 rebounds.
