Very expected game in Inner West where 12th ranked Crusaders (3-6) were rolled over by second ranked Bulls (8-1) 102-55 on Saturday. Bulls had a 35-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Crusaders' players. Canadian guard Blake Morrow (193-1996, college: Southeastern) stepped up and scored 21 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners and American power forward Chris Bryant (203-1992, college: Miami, OH) chipped in 26 points and 6 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Morrow is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side guard Nicholas Wooller (188-1999) responded with 10 points and 5 rebounds and guard Luke Cassidy (-2000) scored 7 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Bulls have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader. Crusaders lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth place with six games lost. Bulls will meet Falcons (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Crusaders will play against Sydney City Comets in Alexandria and hope to secure a win.
