Rather predictable result when fourth ranked Eltham Wildcats (5-1) outscored at home 7th ranked Thunder (3-3) 102-66 on Sunday. Eltham Wildcats dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Thunder's 26. Eltham Wildcats forced 23 Thunder turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Guard Owen Foxwell (187-2003, agency: ProMondo Sports) stepped up and scored 26 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals for the winners and the former international guard Angus Glover (192-1998) chipped in 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Eltham Wildcats' coach Craig Stratford felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest.
