Date: May 6, 2023
Very predictable result in Pasadena where leader Sabres (8-0) smashed 8th ranked Warriors (3-5) 86-57 on Saturday. Sabres forced 21 Warriors turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Warriors' players. The best player for the winners was Zoe Walker-Roberts who scored 15 points and 8 rebounds. Canadian forward Mikayla Williams (183, college: USF) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. Emily Winter produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and Canadian forward Nicole Fransson (188) added 11 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. They maintain first place with 8-0 record, which they share with Bendigo LB. Loser Warriors dropped to the fifth position with five games lost. They share it with 6 other teams.
