Very expected game in East Burwood where 14th ranked Tigers (4-8) were rolled over by sixth ranked Spectres (8-4) 103-64 on Saturday. Spectres made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Spectres outrebounded Tigers 42-25 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Jack Gandolfo (-1998) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 8 assists and forward Daniel Baxter (-1996) who added 15 points and 13 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) during the contest. Five Spectres players scored in double figures. Guard Michael Wearne (188-1996, college: St.Rose, NY) responded with 12 points and 4 assists and forward Mason Gaze (198-2001, college: Lindenwood) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
