Rather predictable result in McKinnon where top-ranked Devils (15-0) smashed 4th ranked Cougars (6-9) 87-64 on Saturday. Devils forced 24 Cougars turnovers. The best player for the winners was American guard Amanda Paschal (170-1996, college: Kentucky, agency: DC Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists. The other American import swingman Lauren Jones (178-2003, college: Austin Peay) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. Paschal is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas. Four Devils players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Briana Gray (178, college: Weber St., agency: DC Sports) who recorded a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds and Cassie Hill added 13 points respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Devils have an impressive 15-game winning streak.
