Very predictable result in Pasadena where fourth ranked Sturt Sabres (10-5) smashed bottom-ranked Noarlunga City Southern Tigers (0-15) 110-54 on Sunday. Sturt Sabres dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Noarlunga City Southern Tigers' 30. Sturt Sabres forced 31 Noarlunga City Southern Tigers turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward Tobias Dowdell (201-1990, college: ABU) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Naturalized Italian forward Jacob Rigoni (198-1998, college: Quinnipiac) chipped in 17 points and 7 rebounds. Five Sturt Sabres players scored in double figures.
