Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Jennie Rintala (188-1990, college: S.Dakota St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds and guard Kara Tessari (174-1999) who added 13 points and 8 assists during the contest. Four Diamond Valley Eagles players scored in double figures. Forward Alicia Froling (190-1996, college: SMU) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds and power forward Kiera Rowe (183-1999) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. Knox Raiders' coach tested ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Diamond Valley Eagles maintains ninth position with 11-10 record. Knox Raiders lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh place with 11 games lost. Diamond Valley Eagles will meet higher ranked Wildcats (#8) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Knox Raiders will play against the league's leader Lady Braves and will have a slim chance for a victory.
