There was a minor upset in Terrigal where 11th ranked Crusaders (6-14) were edged by fourteenth ranked Bulls (5-14) 74-71 on Sunday. Bulls made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Mikaela Dombkins (181-1986) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points, 20 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international point guard Leilani Mitchell (165-1985, college: Utah) who added 31 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. Guard Jasmine Forcadilla (173-1997, college: SMC) responded with 16 points and 6 assists and guard Darneka Rowe (174-1993) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. Crusaders' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Bulls moved-up to tenth place, which they share with East Perth E. Loser Crusaders keep the eleventh position with 14 games lost. They share it with Keilor T.. Bulls will meet at home Bruins (#10) in the next round. Crusaders will play against Hawks in Wollongong and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
